Unbelievable condition for this 101 year old card of Detroit Tigers HOFer Ty Cobb. This 150 Series Piedmont card is nearly as nice as the day it was made and SGC agrees, grading it EXMT 80. Just the ever so slightest fuzz to the corners, yet creamy white paper front and back with a well registered Ty Cobb Bat on shoulder pose on the front with a brilliant yellow background. Many higher graded cards do not appear this nice. Worthy of an extra bid here. While it is a bit difficult to pinpoint with accuracy the exact number of Cobb Bat on's graded at this level with SGC, suffice it to say this is one of the few and one of the nicest.
